Please read my TOS & guidelines before reaching out for a commission. Here's some of what I offer! I am still learning so be patient with me~

Terms of Service
General Terms
•The commissioner should provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting your request form.
•The artist and the commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.
•The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.Payments
•The payment currency is in USD
•Do not send payments unless the artist agrees to accept your commission and asks for the payment.
•Commissioned artworks should be paid at least 50% upfront before the artist takes on the request.Process
•Pre-commission
-The artist will notify the commissioner the start of the commissioned artwork, and the Expected Turnaround Time (ETAT) will be activated.•During Commission
-You will be updated and asked for changes/revisions throughout the process
-You may ask for updates or view my Trello for updates.•Post-commission/ Delivery
-Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email or discord DM as a high-resolution png file attachment.NOTE:
A jpeg file or other file type will also be sent upon request.Revisions
•The commissioner is entitled to 3 during the whole commission process.
•Please be sure to request revisions during the early stages of the process.
•Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the payment.
•There will be no revisions allowed once the commission is considered complete.
•Extra revision(s) will incur fees proportional to the additional workload.Copyright and Usage Policy
•Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
•Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.For every commissioned artwork, the artist:
•retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless the commissioner requests a commercial use of artwork (additional fee will be applied).
•can promote services and products with the finished artwork anywhere.For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is allowed to:
•Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (Example: Upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
•Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
•Use the artwork to promote themselves.
•Use the artwork on their Content/Streaming channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
For commercial use art commissions, the following policies will be applied:
•Give credit to the artist for the finished artwork when selling the merchandise or product.Refund and Cancellation Policy
•No refund will be issued at any given circumstances unless:
(1) I, the artist, failed to deliver the product according to the pre-agreed Turn Around Time (TAT) during the contract signing. (Refer to the commission contract to check the agreed upon TAT.)
(2) Work has not been started yet. If I have started work you may not request a full refund. Only partial refund will be available if work has started.Cancellation
•The artist has the right to cancel any art commission and refund the appropriate amount.
•The artist is entitled to cancel or deny the art commission if the artwork contains any depictions of racism/sexism/hate or is meant to mock/ridicule an individual for no apparent reason.By reviewing the TOS, this signifies that you, as the commissioner, agree to all the terms listed above, and this agreement will take effect once the artist starts working on the commission.
